Loan Processing Services
- Loan submission – Vision will submit all your deals to the bank
- Follow to unconditional – Vision will ensure valuations ordered and that deal flow through to unconditional approval
- Loan documents – Vision will ensure loan documents are printed off and sent to your clients in a timely fashion
- Settlement – Vision will liaise with all parties (solicitors, lenders and yourself) to ensure smooth settlement
- Post settlement – Vision can survey your customers after settlement and provide them with a settlement gift
