Prior to opening Vision Newcastle in December 2001 I worked in Management for a variety of retail companies such as Woolworths and McDonalds. I also worked as a financial controller for a private company for 5 years. This experience has given me a very strong desire to excel in customer service.
My 5 main responsibilities are:
- Overall management for Newcastle business
- Devising Marketing strategies for Newcastle business
- Motivating and helping my staff to deliver to clients expectations
- Organising loans for my clients
- Helping existing clients with Wealth creation strategies
Other interests include - My family which includes 3 children, my church, Basketball and supporting community events
Main Aim for 2007 –To continue to grow the business by offering a wider range of products with the same customer service our clients have learnt to expect
