I started my career as a Clerk with the State Bank of NSW in March, 1989. I was involved for several years with all aspects of banking and worked at over 30 different branches. I then spent several years in the Home Loan Support division of the Bank before joining Vision in 2003.
As Manager of Vision Super Back Office my main responsibilities are:
- Ensuring clients are receiving the best possible customer service experience from the Vision team
- Monitoring the progress of all of our client’s files to ensure the lenders are meeting the required timeframes
- Assisting staff with training and development of their current roles
- Ensuring our processes are continually updated to ensure a better and more efficient service for our clients
Other interests include - Skateboarding, Snowboarding / Skiing, Jet Skiing, swimming, gym and any other thing possible I can fit in each week. Prefer to do sport rather than watch it.
Main aim for 2007 - To work with Vision to improve our processes and continue to deliver the best possible customer experience for our clients.
