  • Completed a Secretarial Traineeship at 17
  • Have completed a number of Secretarial and Computer courses through out career.
  • Have had a lot of experience throughout the Secretarial field.

I started working at 17 with a Secretarial Traineeship for a small recruitment firm. Since then I have worked in a number of roles which have honed my secretarial / office administration skills.  I am now a working mum, just having had my 2nd child.

My main responsibilities are:

  • Client communication process
  • Client surveys at the end of each month
  • Facilitate Vision’s client care processes (after loans settle)
  • Monthly birthday letters to clients
  • Office administration

Other interests include - Learn how to play tennis, painting, keeping fit.

Main aim for 2007 - Finish house renovations and take a holiday somewhere warm.
